人类很早就有各种天气的记载，但只是文字表述。1692年，英国物理学家威廉·班森首次测量大气压力，以计算温度。至此温度以科学的方式进入天气领域，作为衡量天气的重要指标，被人类所关注。2021年8月9日，联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）在瑞士日内瓦发布了一份关于气候变化的最新科学评估报告，这也是有史以来规模最大、最重要的气候变化报告。报告由234名科学家完成，并获得了195个国家政府的通过。这份具有里程碑意义的报告指出，自19世纪以来，人类通过燃烧化石燃料获取能源，导致全球温度比工业化前的水平高出 ℃，而在未来二十年则继续升温，届时将比工业化前的水平高出℃。在这一注定的轨迹下，全世界各地极端天气出现将变得更加频繁和明显。报告中的内容并非都是坏消息——人类仍然可以阻止地球变得更热。若要做到这一点，各国需要协同努力，立即开始迅速放弃化石燃料，到2050年左右停止向大气中排放CO2。

首先，地球作为太阳系中的一颗行星，地表平均温度是15℃左右，诞生有智慧生命，即人类，但属于低等智慧生命，这么说，因为人类是物质生命，必须靠物质能量维持生命，生存条件对周围环境有苛刻条件，一旦环境发生巨变，不能提供生存条件，很快被淘汰，这是物质生命的特点，只能靠两性繁殖延续生命。随便说一下，达尔文的“进化论”根本就是错的，错的离谱，误导了人类对生命本质的了解，这个话题不是本次要讨论的。目前不断升高的全球气温，已经严重破坏了地球的生态环境，人类是否能渡过难关，未知。目前地球的自然条件发生各种变异因素有两个，一个自然因素，主要因素。另一个是人为因素，次要因素。

自然因素，涉及到“维度”概念，超出人类目前的知识认知水平。简单说几句，宇宙存在空间、时间、维度，人类无法感知维度。目前人类提出的“维度”，是人类自己臆想出概念，与宇宙中存在的事实有着本质的区别，人类要认知，至少是万年以后的事了。

主要因素是受太阳系外部维度的影响，导致太阳进行整个星系的能量调整，能量增加，使太阳对太阳系的各类行星照射辐射能作用面改变，引发行星气候规律发生变化。同样引发地球自转运动产生变化，地球的自转轴心发生了偏移，对两级区照射点面的能量增强，致使两级冰雪融化。对海面的照射能量增强使海水蒸发加快，云量加大，形成频繁的各种超级风暴，破坏了以往的正常规律，造成了多种多样的灾害。对无生命的行星，没有什么影响。对于地球存在生命的行星，影响是致命的。

次要因素，《气候变化 2021》报告已经明确了人类发展造成的气温升高问题，人类文明诞生后，大量的生活、工业、战争等排放物的累计释放，全部进入大气中，人类并未进行任何形式的回收与处理，对全球的生态环境恶化，无疑是雪上加霜，起到催波助澜作用。

全球气温的不断升高，对全球生命命脉，水资源破坏是致命的。一是，地球的水资源部分流失到太空而消失。二是，部分水资源渗入地下，而消失。三是，因全球气温的不断升高，部分水资源，分解为O2和H2。三种后果综合结果，导致人类会失去适宜的生存条件，加速进入毁灭的程序。今后500-1000年是人类生存的节点。

人类目前面对淘汰化石能源煤炭、石油、天然气，能采取的方式几种方式。水能受地理条件限制，规模小。风能，同样受到地理制约，发电不稳定。海洋潮汐能，那只是梦想。太阳能和核能利用只是皮毛，太阳能利用几乎就是浪费，核能，除各种核武器外，裂变采用的是最原始的烧开水方式，反应剩余物，成为辐射源污染物，根本没办法解决，最近日本福岛核废水排放，遭到世人的强烈抗议。太阳能的利用，一样遇到瓶颈，利用率暂且不提，大量使用期限到期的设备处理，数量巨大，是个非常头痛的问题。受到太阳聚变的启发，开展研究的“人造太阳”，全球各国投入巨资，只有中国的取得较好的成绩，距离实用，再耐心等待吧。人造太阳，真的需要把温度加热到上亿度以上的温度吗？核聚变真如人类想的那样？一切皆梦想！
